2015-2016 Reader's Realm Book Club has begun! Our first selection is......
Member's have had a positive response to our latest novel. Our first quiz will be on Friday October 16, 2015. We will continue our chalk assignment and book discussion as well!

Last June for the first time Readers Realm members received trophies for reading the most books and receiving the best scores on quizzes.

We congratulate all of them on reading for the fun of it because they were not aware that prizes were being awarded.
The Readers Realm Book Club Application Assignment is due tomorrow by
the end of the day. Unfortunately, due to the number of applicants I will
not be accepting any assignments after September 23rd. Please do your
best to hand it in by 9th period.
We have recently completed another John Green book Looking For Alaska. It was highly rated by our Book Club members and we are looking forward to our Spring trip to see our one of our early selections of this school year. We are going to see the movie based on The Fault In Our Stars.
We are reading our last selection for this school year which is the blockbuster Divergent. For those of us who have not seen the movie, we plan on watching the DVD during Book Club early next school year.

One of our favorite books from last year Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky is out now in theaters. We hope Reader's Realm members can see it together but if time does not allow, please make an effort to see it on your own for discussion.
